As Alden love AC Milan very much, so his mom want to surprise Alden on his birthday.

It's 2 layers Japanese Cheese Cake with blueberry and cream filling decorated with

AC Milan Logo made from chocolate.

Mini Japanese Cheese Cake

That night I got a message from a ladies named Fenny.

  I was in the hospital room alone, waiting for an operation on the next day.

The ladies asking me about one month baby cake,

after conversation, she decided to order another cake for her friend  birthday with note that the birthday person love blue color.

Here is  mini Japanese Cheese Cake, 16 cm (3 layers), with chocolate ganache,  covered with fondant, painted with metallic color paint and gumpaste roses.

Order at saturday night (08/12/12) after 6pm and pickup at 10am next day.

This cake was ordered by my sister Cecilia Kurniawan for her son 1st bday celebration.

It's again 2 layers Japanese Cheese cake (18cm), covered with non dairy whipped cream, decorated with fondant figurine, puppy  and baby blocks.

It's 2 layer lemon japanese cheese cake cover with non diary whipping cream and  decorated with 48 rose gumpaste and greeting  in chinese character.

Japanese Cheese Cake with Cherry Blossom

Masih ingat dengan Japanese Cake  Cake yang belum lama ini dipesan seorang Ibu untuk ulang tahunnya sendiri? Klik disini untuk lihat postingnya.
Kali ini pesanan yang sama, Japanese Cheese Cake juga dengan desain yang lebih sederhana.
Pemesan sangat menyukai tekstur cake ini yang lembut dan moist....dan aroma cheesenya tidak begitu tajam, serta paduan whip creamnya yang lembut.


2 layer Japanese Cheese Cake uk 16 cm  dengan filling apricot dan stawberry jam, dan hiasan bunga cherry blossom, terbuat dari fondant, all edible.

Sesuai dengan permintaan pemesan, cake ini dihias simple saja karena akan dikonsumsi sendiri...;)

Japanese Cheese Cake with fresh fruits

2 hari yang lalu tiba-tiba saya di PING oleh teman lama yang sudah lama tidak pernah bertemu, dulu kami satu sekolah di SMEA Strada I Pagi, Gunung Sahari.


Saat itu saya sedang berada diluar rumah.. Ternyata dia tertarik untuk memesan snack salmon nugget yang pernah saya buat, dan kebetulan waktu pengirimannya bertepatan dengan HUT putrinya yang ke 10, akhirnya beliau juga memesan cake ulang tahun untuk putrinya.


Masih dengan Japanese Cheese Cake (2 layer) yang lembut, dengan hiasan whip cream pink, karena sang putri suka dengan warna pink serta buah stroberi dan anggur segar.
