Vintage Rose Cake and Cupcakes for Christina Josefine

Another creation from sugar art, made specially for my niece Christina Josefine.

1 cake (3 layers) and 12 pcs brownies cupcakes decorated with

 gumpaste  roses, bows and pearls.

The cake and cupcakes was sent to her office @ BEJ Office, Jakarta.

Jones Rafael Birthday Cake

Today 12- 12- 2012, a birthday cake was ordered, 40x40 cm size Japanese Cheese cake, 

covered with non dairy whip cream and decorated with fresh fruits.

Simple Japanese Cheese Cake

Simple Ruffles Cake

Another rush order from my new customer, recomended by her SIL.

Order at saturday night (08/12/12) after 6pm and pickup at 10am next day.

This cake was made to celebrate her boy friend birthday.

2 layers Japanese Cheese Cake covered with non dairy whipped cream, decorated with blue and pink (as request) fondant ruffles.

Pleats Cake with Roses

 called Pleats/Pleated design.

3 layers marble cake with chocolate filling and chocolate ganache, 

cover with fondant and gumpaste roses.
