1 cake (3 layers) and 12 pcs brownies cupcakes decorated with

 gumpaste  roses, bows and pearls.

The cake and cupcakes was sent to her office @ BEJ Office, Jakarta.

Order at saturday night (08/12/12) after 6pm and pickup at 10am next day.

This cake was made to celebrate her boy friend birthday.

Chocolate Cake with Fresh Fruits

This cake ordered one day before celebration...very rush..but it's OK because the decoration is quite easy and simple.

It's 30x30 cm, 3  layers chocolate cake covered with non dairy whipped cream, decorated with fresh fruits : orange, melon and strawberry.

The cake was ordered by Ms. Y  to surprised her  mother in law and father in law birthday celebration.

Quinta 1st B'day Cake

My niece Quinta gonna be 1 year old tomorrow.

Time flies so fast, remember this cupcake for her? I made for  her a year ago.

It's 4 layers Lapis Surabaya (famous local cake in Indonesia). 2 yellow cake and 2 chocolate cake, ganache with chocolate covered with fondant with baby Quinta figurine, and her name in stripes and glitter.

We share the cupcakes with friends, teachers, aunties and uncles who works on Lollypop Preschool.

This cookies  can be order minimum a dozen (12 pcs), price IDR 15.000/each.

These are great favors for a weeding/party table or even for a gift.

Unfortunately...I can not be there. 

So I made this cookies for him to celebrate.

It's bear butter cookies decorated with sugar icing, with D initial.

Rilakkuma Rainbow Cake

This cake was made specially for my cousin birthday..Gabriella Novelia. She is a lovely girl and she loves baking too.

Before I made this cake, I already ask her mom, what character she like.

It's a soft  rainbow cake (16cm), filling with cream cheese, covered with buttercream decorated with Rilakkuma and friends made from fondant.

We celebrate her birthday @ her home, have  lunch with other cousin.

Ruffles Rainbow Cake

This Cake actually was made for family gathering, ordered by my niece, but they cancel it, so I remake the decoration into like this for celebrating Mother's Day dinner with

It's 22 cm round rainbow cake, with buttercream cheese filling and ruffles buttercream decoration with my mom favorite's color.

Green Ombre Cake

Green Ombre Cake ini special dibuat untuk seseorang yang suka dengan warna hijau.....

4 lapis sponge cake dengan rasa pandan dan vanilla, dengan warna hijau gradasi, dilapisi dengan ruffles cheese buttercream dan rose fondant.


Apa tuh Ombre cake?....
Ombre cake adalah multi layered colored cake, yang dibuat bergradasi mulai dari warna yang terang hingga warna yg lebih gelap.


Seperti pada cake ini, bagian paling atas adalah warna hijau paling muda lalu semakin ke bawah berwarna hijau lebih tua. 

Couple Wedding Cookies

Sabtu besok adalah moment penting buat sepupuku Yuli H., besok ikrar janjinya dengan Andrew K. W.  akan berlangsung, 5 Mei 2012 di Gereja Kristen Baptis Jakarta tepat pukul 11 pagi.
Cookies ini baru dipesan beberapa hari menjelang hari H.
Rencananya kukis ini akan dibagikan kepada teman-temannya yang masih single.

Cookiesnya adalah butter cookies kesukaan Andrew (beliau sudah pernah memesan butter cookies ini sebelumnya), dihias dengan fondant dan royal icing .


Cookies bentuk hati dengan ukuran lebar 8 cm dan tinggi 9 cm, dihias dengan design bentuk dress pengantin wanita dan jas pria.


Sayang sekali karena saya tidak bisa hadir besok, semoga acaranya berjalan dengan lancar dan Congratz ya buat Yuli dan Andrew atas pernikahan kalian, GBU....;)

pernah memesan Japanese Cake ini,

 untuk keponakannya yang berulang tahun ke 5.

Barbie cake nya adalah Japanese Cake yang dibuat bersusun, lalu dihias dengan fondant berwarna pink dengan 3 gradasi.

Sedangkan cupcakenya adalah Brownies Cake

 yang dihias dengan buttercream dan pink rose fondant, 

karena yang berulang tahun suka dengan warna pink

England Theme Cupcake

Pesanan cupcake ini tadinya akan diambil tanggal 12 April...mendadak pemesannya  minta dimajukan untuk diambil tanggal 6 April ini, so...cepet-cepet deh dikerjain pesanannya.

9 buah brownies cupcakes  hias fondant dengan tema England.

Cupcake sudah siap diambil...tapi pemesannya belum sempat ambil nih 

karena sibuk tugas di Gereja.

Cupcake browniesnya tidak terlalu manis karena sudah disesuaikan jumlah pemakaian gulanya, jadi buat yang suka brownies nggak usah takut tambah gemuk ya...

Hummingbird Easter Cupcake

Cupcake ini dipesan 2 hari lalu, rencananya cupcake ini akan dibagikan hari ini 

(5 April 2012) kepada anak-anak  di gereja oleh sipemesannya.

Kenapa namanya Hummingbird....apaan tuh?
Karena cakenya diambil dari resep Hummingbird Vanilla Cupcake yang terkenal di Amerika, klik ini untuk lebih jelasnya ya..


40 cupcakes dihias dengan buttercream, telur paskah, cute chicks dari fondant, all edible.

Japanese Cheese Cake Bear Family

Bosen nggak sih Japanese Cheese Cake lagi....
Nggak donk, artinya cake yang satu ini memang enak..., tua, muda, anak-anak...semua suka.

Kali ini cakenya dihias dengan tema Bear Family, pemesannya adalah seorang ibu muda cantik, Cecilia Angel namanya,Cecil panggilannya. 
So cakenya dihias sesuai dengan jumlah anggota keluarganya ada papa bear, mama bear  dengan baby bear, sister bear dan brother bear.
Karena cakenya buat dimakan sendiri, ya disesuaikan desainnya, tea time...., ada swiss roll, cake slice dan macaroon...., all edible.

Japanese Cheese Cake with Cherry Blossom

Masih ingat dengan Japanese Cake  Cake yang belum lama ini dipesan seorang Ibu untuk ulang tahunnya sendiri? Klik disini untuk lihat postingnya.
Kali ini pesanan yang sama, Japanese Cheese Cake juga dengan desain yang lebih sederhana.
Pemesan sangat menyukai tekstur cake ini yang lembut dan moist....dan aroma cheesenya tidak begitu tajam, serta paduan whip creamnya yang lembut.


2 layer Japanese Cheese Cake uk 16 cm  dengan filling apricot dan stawberry jam, dan hiasan bunga cherry blossom, terbuat dari fondant, all edible.

Sesuai dengan permintaan pemesan, cake ini dihias simple saja karena akan dikonsumsi sendiri...;)
