Simple White Cake with Ranunculus Flower Sugar Art

This cake just made for my friend  Syennie (the owner) to celebrate the opening of 

The Intermezzo Cafe and Resto @ Pluit - Jakarta

It's  2 tier cake, on the bottom is 22 cm ( 2 layers lemon cake), on the top is 16 cm (chocolate sponge cake) with buttercream frosting, covered with fondant.

Syennie and I were classmate when we studied at  SMEA Strada 1 Pagi, Jakarta.

We also sit on the same table on the first year.

Music Theme Filia Birthday Cake

Filia is gonna be 13th years old.

I knew her mom (Ms. Rosa)  and her big sister (Putri)  first before I know Filia...

Filia is my son's classmate @ STEMA.

As Filia request, I made 1 tier (18 cm) chocolate cake, covered with chocolate 

ganache, decorated with music theme fondant, and her mom gave me a clue that  green is her favorite color.

3D Barbie Cake

My daughter first Barbie Cake, made few years a go when we celebrate her 8 years birthday, now she is 11.

I still remember...on that time I was pregnant...I hate baking, but just for her I can made it.

It's Indonesian style steam brownies cake, 6 layer cake, covered with chocolate ganache and decorated with fondant.

It's my pleasure to meet Gavin's parents Ayu Suryanta and Vicky Suryanta.

First time I met Ayu and Vicky on my niece enggangement ceremony @ Karawaci - Tangerang.

We are family now.
