Fresh Fruits Japanese Cheese Cake

Another special cake made to celebrate my nephew and niece birthday in October.
It's 2 layer Japanese Cheese Cake (18cm) decorated with non dairy whipping cream and import fresh  Blueberries and Strawberry.

This cake special made to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary in October.

It's 4 layers cake, 2 layer chocolate almond cake and 2 layer vanilla sponge cake.

Cover with chocolate ganache decorated with flower fondant, all edible.
